PRODUCTION LINES
D&L Foundry was established in 1990 to meet the growing demands for construction castings in the Western United States. Today we operate 3 green sand automatic molding lines and employ 180 team members. Our capacity has grown to 40 million pounds annually. We source our raw material here in North America and melt in on-demand electric melt furnaces, giving us a mold by mold alloy flexibility that our competition cannot match.
Additionally, we offer a full array of testing facilities on site that include material certification, wheel load testing, and tensile strength capabilities. You trust us with your requirements and we verify that we’ve met them.
